Performance Assessment

Movement. Force. Intentions.

If you're not assessing, you're guessing.

Assessment helps us understand how your body moves, produces force, and responds to the demands of training and sport. The goal is to identify what is helping performance, what may be limiting it, and how training should be organized moving forward.

Force Plate Testing

Force plate testing gives objective information on how an athlete produces, absorbs, and manages force. Jumping, landing, balance, and force strategies can all provide valuable insight to guide training decisions and monitor progress over time.

Movement Quality

Movement quality influences how efficiently the body transfers force and handles stress. Mobility, coordination, stability, and positioning all play a role in improving performance and reducing unnecessary compensation patterns.

Experience & Education

Technology and assessment tools are only useful when combined with experience and understanding. Continued education and years of coaching help translate assessment findings into practical training solutions.

Transparency

Re-assessments help track progress and keep communication clear throughout the process. Training becomes more collaborative when both coach and athlete understand what is improving and why.
