Assessment

An assessment gives us a clearer understanding of how your body moves, produces force, and responds to training. Online or in-person assessments help guide programming, exercise selection, and long-term progression.

The App

You’ll receive access to the training app where programs, exercise videos, sets, reps, notes, and progress tracking are organized in one place. Training stays structured, clear, and individualized to your needs.

Communication and Feedback

Consistent communication helps keep training moving in the right direction. Questions, updates, videos, and feedback allow adjustments to be made quickly so the program continues matching your goals and progress.
